Work site director for various major construction companies. Technical consultant for construction companies. Consultant for APAT (environmental protection agency and technical services) in activities related to supporting the VIA (environmental impact appraisal) and VIA Speciale (special environmental impact appraisal) Committee of the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land from October 2003 to September 2006. Augusto Federici
was born in Rome on 12 March 1956. He received a degree in Civil Engineering, transport section, infrastructures studies, at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, in December 1982. He has been a member of the Society of Engineers of the Province of Rome, with registration no. 13037, since 1983. Between 1983 and 1986 he worked for the Office of Prof. Vittorio De Benedetti, Eng. As an external consultant he worked from 1989 to 1994 with the Municipality of Filottrano (Ancona) as acting Chief Engineer and member of the Building Commission. During the period from 1985 to 2004 he was technical consultant, firstly for the Cassa di Risparmio di Rome and then for the Gruppo Banca di Rome - Capitalia. From 2001 to 2008, he was a member of the Technical Committee of Imm.re Novoli S.p.A. (Florence), and during that same period he was also technical consultant for Imm.re Foro Bonaparte S.p.A. Since 2000, Augusto Federici has been shareholder and Sole Director of the engineering services company R.C.I. s.r.l. (Rome), and shareholder and managing director of F.D. Costruzioni S.r.L. (Gruppo DR).
Marco Federici
was born in Rome on 14 March 1961. He received a degree in Civil Engineering, transport section, at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome in December 1988. He has been a Member of the Society of Engineers of the Province of Rome, with no. 15514, since 1990. During the period between 1991 and 2001 Marco Federici worked as Technical and Site Manager for several important building companies. From 2001 to 2004 he was technical consultant for Imm.re Progetto Ostiense, Imm.re Porta Volta and for American Continental Properties. Since 2000, Marco Federici has been shareholder and technical manager of R.C.I. S.r.L. (Rome), an engineering services company, and of F.D. Costruzioni S.r.L. (Gruppo DR).
Lilia Arpino
was born in Cassino on 23 February 1962. She received a degree in architecture at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome in July 1991. She has been a member of the Society of Architects of the Province of Frosinone, with no. 422, since January 1993. After graduation she worked for an engineering office in Rome and gained experience in the field of hospital building. Since 1994 she has been working as a free lance, specialising in the field of restoration and renovation of existing buildings, as well as interior design and landscape architecture.
Vincenzo Meccariello
was born in Cagliari on 15 September 1953. He received a degree in Building Civil Engineering, structures studies, at the University of Cagliari, in June 1982. He was granted the right to practise the profession in December 1982. He has been a member of the Society of Engineers of the Province of Cagliari, with no. 2001, since 12.01.1983. After a short period of work in the commercial-building field with a Sardinian firm, he was employed from 03 September 1984 to 28 February 1992 by SCAC S.p.A. – Milan with the post of Area Manager for Sardinia and Technical Manager of the Cagliari office. On 01 March 1992 he was promoted to managing director, with the same duties. In June 1998 he took the “PONTI E VIADOTTI” (bridges and viaducts) refresher course of the continuing education programme at the Milan Polytechnic - Department of Structural Engineering, organised by Prof. Francesco Martinez y Cabrera. From 01 November 1998 to date he has been working as a freelance designer, concentrating on the field of structures related to roads (bridges, viaducts, flyovers, underpasses etc.). In this capacity he has produced countless designs for the territorial bodies responsible for roads (Anas, Provinces, Land reclamation syndicates etc.), as well as providing advice and assistance to construction firms and road designers. Since July 2000 he has also been technical manager of Tensiter Sarda S.p.A.
